Welcome to the IKM-Manning Second Grade, Irwin Center.
Hello! My name is Mrs. Candi DeCarlo. I am the second grade teacher at the IKM-Manning building in Irwin. I have been teaching in the Irwin-Kirkman, IKM, and now IKM-Manning system since August 1980. I started out teaching in 5th and 6th grade and now I am presently in second grade. I graduated from Irwin-Kirkman Community High School and then went on to receive by Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and my Master's Degree from Drake University. I live in Harlan with my husband, Richard. We have 2 grown children, Nick and Ashley.
